Current State of Affairs:

Our council met at the COW June 15th meeting, and rehashed information they previously had reviewed.  They did not present a first reading of the ordinance, but rather added a study session for July 14th meeting.  We encourage CFS members and anyone from the community to come speak during public comment – please tell the council to get this done ASAP, that it IS a priority.  The Council could simply take pre-written language from the MSRC and make a first reading of the ordinance from that.  W
